Who we are
XDR Partners Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in England & Wales. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website, xdrpartners.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we handle it, and your rights under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
What we collect
- Enquiry form data — your name, email address, company name, the service you’re interested in, and the content of your message.
- Analytics & usage data — only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how the site is used. We do not run analytics cookies unless you consent.
We do not ask for, or knowingly collect, special-category (sensitive) personal data.
How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about.
- To keep reasonable records of our business communications.
- To understand and improve how the website is used (analytics, with your consent).
Our legal basis
- Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries you send us and to operate our business.
- Consent — for analytics cookies. You can decline, and withdraw consent at any time.
Cookies
We store a small preference record so we can remember your cookie choice — this is essential and set without consent. With your consent, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure site traffic. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
Who we share data with
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site and communicate with you:
- Netlify — website hosting; enquiry submissions are processed via Netlify Forms.
- Microsoft 365 — we receive and reply to enquiries by email.
- Google Analytics — website usage measurement, only if you consent.
Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA; where they do, appropriate safeguards apply. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records, then delete it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email enquiries@xdrpartners.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
