The owner runs four businesses across different sectors. Renewal dates for things like car servicing and insurance sat in different places, and a missed date can mean a lapsed policy or a failed service. He wanted something simple enough that nobody needed training.
We built a lightweight renewal-date dashboard around how his team already works: - Entering dates: Dates go in once, in one place. - On a phone: It installs on a phone like an app. - Logins: Each person has their own login, three client users plus us. - Hosting: XDR hosts it for now on its own cloud server, so the client carries no server or software costs.
All reminders for renewal dates are now in one place. Once hosted on their own server, a back-end instruction to send email and phone notifications will become active.
